10'x30' Outdoor Canopy Party Wedding Tent

Turned out amazingly. Key things to know: Must purchase white duct tape and by all means get the canopy tent weight sand bags (it will fly away otherwise). Cheaper than renting (looked into that, and saved myself $150). Have at lease 3 people help with setting up. And if you can tie it down, by all means do it!!!

The tent held up. You have to put tape on the joints. I read this from other posts. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews. But it keep up warm on a chilly and windy night. A swift wind will take it away. Use sand weights on every leg. I only used them on the main 4. It was rainy and windy that day. If it rains you must tip the water from the top or the tent may collapse. It was beautiful after we secured it with weights and into the ground. We used the tent on concrete. I used 4 people to put it up in 2 hours and 2 to take it down in 1.5 hours... I had three 8 foot rectangle tables in a stright line with 15 chairs on each side. I wish I took better photos.

This is a bad ass tent. its not a storm shelter. If you put this up without checking the weather, your an idiot. Its meant to provide shade and a nice night time atmosphere. It took us about 30 minutes to put it up. We did tape the seems where the pipes connect for more stability. Just after we finished putting it up. It rained. It rained hard. I live in Tampa Florida. We know rain! about 10-15 mpg gusts. We rolled the side walls up. We had already weighted the legs down prior with bag weights and dumbbell weights along with some camping spike ( The spikes they give you will not suffice) The tent held up great. No one drop of water underneath. The side walls are just Velcro on. If you expect this is to withstand 20-25 mph gusts you are not very smart. Go buy a heavy duty aluminium tent for around 600-700 bucks. This tent was great.

Okay this tent is just GREAT! For the price you seriously can’t beat it. I didn’t have high expectations with some of the reviews and knowing the likely quality for the price...I mean you can’t rent a tent this size for under $200. My husband put this together 98% by himself in about an hour. The canopy is a thick plastic and by the end of the day the Velcro in some places was pulling off a little. But all in all it held up fantastically and we will be able to use again no problem. It wiped clean easy (from a pop spill that splattered) and the windows were clear and easy to see through without distorting. I did have white duck tape and sand bags on standby as mentioned in other reviews but we didn’t need either. Once it was set up we didn’t have to touch it again and it was a bit windy out too. All in all, happy customer here!!

Honestly, if you reinforce the joints with tape and use sand bags as you would with any canopy this tent is wonderful. My husband and his friend put up in under an hour IN THE DARK . It was actually a decently windy day 15-30 mph winds with 40 mph gusts and it held up fantastic I also think this tent would hold up for more than just one use. We can’t wait to use it for our next event. I don’t understand all the bad reviews I think it’s all in the preparation and willingness to take a few extra minutes to properly secure this tent.
